Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.
At The Tease Den, your health, safety, and privacy are our top priorities. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on any of our adult novelty items, lingerie, or personal care products. This policy is in place to ensure that every product we ship is brand new, unopened, and unused.

Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, it's the wrong item or is defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace any product that arrives in unsatisfactory condition.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our damage or defect policy.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All products purchased from The Tease Den come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If your item stops working properly due to a manufacturer defect within 12 months of purchase, we’ll help coordinate a replacement item.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, water exposure (unless stated as waterproof), or general wear and tear.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@theteaseden.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
