At The Tease Den, we're committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently and discreetly as possible. Your privacy matters to us from checkout to delivery.
U.S. Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders of $99 or more qualify for FREE standard U.S. shipping.
Orders under $99 are charged a $15 standard shipping fee.
Shipping charges and available options are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders received after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders are handled in the order they are received.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours during the standard workweek. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with available tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us.
Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product information or The Tease Den branding will appear on the exterior of the package.
Product Availability
We work to keep product availability as accurate as possible. However, in some cases an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If an item in your order is unavailable during fulfillment, that item will not be shipped and you will be refunded for the unavailable item. Any remaining available items in your order will continue to be processed.
