Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders received after 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday will begin processing the following Monday morning. Orders are handled in the order they are received.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours during the standard workweek. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Delivery Times
Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. No logos, branding, or product details will appear on the exterior of the package.
